Terms of Flat Rental Heavy Deposit.
- 70 Times Deposit of the prevailing rate of rent
- 1 % of deposit amount is chargeable as brokerage
- No rent payable by tenant during lease terms
- Tenant will only pay Flat Maintenance and Electricity Bills.
- On completion of lease period the entire deposit amount to be returned to the tenant without any interest. Payment to be made in one shot, against keys handover.
- Ownership proof of the flat to be submitted or will be submitted prior inspection of the property.
